Terms & Conditions
We recommend that you read the Terms & Conditions; Delivery Prices; Returns and Privacy Policies before placing an order. When you place an order you are entering into a contract with British Felt Ltd and you may be bound by the terms described herein.

Prices
All prices quoted online and in store are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate charged in the UK. Every effort is made to keep the prices up to date but we reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Any Prices shown in Dollars or Euros are as a guide price only.
It may be that prices and promotions are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. If the price quoted is incorrect we have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price. If there is an error in the pricing we will inform you as soon as possible when your order is placed.
Your Order
We aim to keep all goods shown on our website in stock however if an item should sell out we will contact you as soon as possible. Placing an order does not guarantee availability. Alternatively, to avoid disappointment you can contact us on 01908 320329 to check availability.
Please note: When you click the order button, your card is checked by a secure banking system via Sagepay and Debited.
Recycling Commitment
We may deliver your goods in recycled packaging as part of our Company’s recycling commitment.
Delivery:
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-4 working days.
Should we foresee a delay of more than 7 working days we will contact you.
The definition of working days is Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays.
All our goods are delivered by a courier and will require a signature, under no circumstances will items be left unless signed for. If a signature is unattainable the courier will leave a card with a depot contact number in order to rearrange the delivery.
Any transit damage to the goods must be brought to the attention of the driver and noted as such.
Goods should arrive in perfect condition, if you believe the items appear to be damaged or faulty you must advise us within 48 hours of receipt.
If an item is returned to us due to a missed delivery/collection then we will refund the cost of the items not including the delivery charges.
We are happy to deliver to the UK Mainland only (England and Wales) for any other destinations please call 01525 290 477 for a quote.
Payment:
The prices shown for all of our goods are in pounds sterling, as is the delivery charge and includes VAT at the current rate charged in the UK, where appropriate.
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and Visa Debit.
We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of payment details if we think they are being used fraudulently. All sensitive consumer data collected on this site is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction. Transaction information is transmitted via SagePay which is a UK payment gateway that specialises in processing secure online credit card transactions using 128 bit SSL encryption.
The payment will appear on your card statement as Britishfelt. Should you need to contact us about your order we will respond to any enquiries within 2 working days.
Returns Procedure
If any goods need to be returned you must telephone the shop on 01908 320329 and speak to a member of staff to discuss the appropriate course of action.
You will need to fill out a returns form and include it with your goods. This will help with processing your return. You can do this online if you are a registered Customer.
Damaged Goods:
If your goods are damaged or faulty please contact us on 01908 320329 and we can discuss the appropriate course of action.

We do not hold any of your personal data, only data relating to your company (e-mail address, name and company details). These are the details provided by you and are necessary to enable us to fulfil the contractual obligations between our companies.
We take your privacy seriously and will only use this data to administer your account and to provide details or information that you have expressly requested.
The data is stored securely within our servers and is protected using up-to-date security software and IT protection which contain firewalls.
Your data will be retained for 7 years after termination of our relationship, to comply with our statutory requirements.
We will never disclose your data to any third party or sell or transfer our e-mail database.
If this is acceptable and you wish to continue receiving e-mails from us then you do not need to do anything.
